Long time owners Ian & Patricia retired in June 2026. The pub now has ownership links to nearby In de Reisduif and while the beer list is shorter than it was, there are still some good beers - including draft St Bernardus Abt on opening day (hopefully this will be a permanent feature). The interior is smart but less cosy and atmospheric than it was before - but the view over the canal from the terrace is still as beautiful as ever.
