Previously In 't Nieuw Museum, but now re-named to reflect its charismatic owners. Definitely more a restaurant which serves good beer, as opposed to a pub which serves food. Beer, food, service and ambience are all excellent, but please note, as it's a restaurant (and often fully booked) you can't drop in for just a beer. The beer list has expanded during 2024 and features beers from the likes of Dochter van de Korenaar, Brambrass, HopHemel and other similar breweries. Lovely owners too. Reservations are often essential as it gets very busy. NB: it's closed at weekends.
