This cafe in the former Medici coffee shop advertises itself as a hot dog place, but our interest is its beer - particularly the excellent draft list, which features St Bernardus Tripel as one of its permanent beers. The bottled list is relatively short but also has a number of interesting choices (check out the guest/specials list on the wall). We really like this place, which has a great ambience with good music, and highly recommend a visit. NB: apparently it sometimes stays open very late, beyond its advertised 1am closing time.
